1. Digital goods and seller
SchoolBook offers digital templates and related materials through SchoolBook. Each product page states its name, contents, format, price, currency and usage terms.
2. Order, payment and delivery
Before payment, the buyer reviews the order contents, price, currency and email address. Once payment is confirmed, an order is created and a personal page or download link is provided.
If access does not open, contact the contact details published on the SchoolBook website with the order number and purchase email.
3. Refunds and support
Digital content is subject to mandatory consumer rights under the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Starting a download or issuing personal access does not itself remove statutory consumer rights. If a file is inaccessible or materially differs from its description, we will investigate and offer an appropriate lawful remedy.
