1. General rule
Each request is reviewed individually based on the type of product or service, stage of performance, order contents and mandatory rules of the Kyrgyz Republic. These rules do not limit statutory consumer rights.
2. Digital goods and albums
For templates or plugins, provide the order number, email and reason. For album services, cancellation or rescheduling is considered in light of completed work and the agreed terms.
